Officer in the United States Navy. He was an Engineering Officer aboard
the USS CALLAGHAN DDG-994 (1995-1997), the Assistant Operations
Officer with Destroyer Squadron Twenty-One (1997-1998), and a Leadership,
Ethics & Law Instructor at the United States Naval Academy (1998-2000).
Todd is a member of the American Bar Association of Ohio, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. Todd enjoys reading historical novels, as well as, athletic competition, participating in the Varsity Football and Baseball programs while attending the Naval Academy. He is also a member of the American Legion, Post 82, Delaware, Ohio.
